dagon-designToday I tried to add some page on my website. I thought contact page would be good for my new site. Adding contact page can make it easier for readers to contact you. So I decide to use Dagon Design Secure Form Mailer V 5.7 plug in for WordPress.

The plug in is easy to use. If you just want a simple contact form, you can set one up with just a few clicks. For those of you who need something a bit more advanced, you can completely customize the plugin to fit your needs. Here are the samples for very basic form that I use in my contact page.

The plugin came with simple image verification method which you can disable if you don’t want or you can use ReCaptcha program to protect your site from any spam. You have to sign up with ReCaptcha first to get the public key and private key to run ReCaptcha on your site.

This plugin has a wide range of features including Support for multiple instances, an easy to use dynamic form generation system (any number of fields, in any order), multiple recipients, multiple file attachments, optional auto reply feature, an image verification system, numerous security features (including protection against email header injection), a message template system, multiple languages, and too many other things to list.

To install it you have to download the zip file and unzipped the file to your hard disk. Upload the entire dd-formmailer directory to your WordPress plugins directory. After that, activate the plugin in your WordPress plugin control panel. Configure your options (Explained here), and add the form to your page (explained here). So, it’s ready to use.
