writingAverage person reading speed is 200 words per minute. I’m not good in English but my reading speed is 144 words per minute. It’s to slow I guest, and my comprehensions is so bad. Even thought  I reads all the words till finish but I only can catch up the story only 36%. This is bad.

So write something short and straight to the point. Reader like short story but full of info compare to the long post. Most of them are ignored.

If you plan to write a long post, consider writing a good introduction that can attract them to read. Use “read more” link to refer your reader if they want the detail about the full story. The good thing about “read more” is, your stats counter like Site Meter can track the time of your reader spend on your site.

Another way is write multiple entries. So you have a multiple post over a period of times using one topic – be sure to link them to one another.
